  • The requirements of New Hampshire Housing's Purchase Rehab Program
  • Types of eligible repairs you may request
  • Your responsibilities in selecting a contractor
  • Program required documents
  • How to work with your contractor, your lender and New Hampshire Housing; and
  • How to effectively manage the Purchase Rehab process.
